Data science is a dynamic and evolving field that requires constant learning and adaptation. At Unicorn Data Science, our mission is threefold:

- Elevate Data Leadership: Effective data teams are the backbone of any data-driven organization (which should be any organization!). We share proven strategies and best practices for leaders to build, manage, and nurture high-performing data teams.
Basically, we are building resources that we wish we had throughout our careers!
About Us
We are data scientists with extensive industry experience. After transitioning from academic backgrounds, we served in data roles of various capacities — from managing data science teams at FAANG companies, to building teams from the ground up at startups. Over the years, through trial and error, we have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and firsthand insights.
We are passionate about data science, and we'd like to see it continue to be the fulfilling career that brings satisfaction, a sense of achievement, and continuous growth to professionals like you.
